- Set up and operate 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T requirements.
- Select tooling, perform offsets, and optimize machining processes.
- Conduct first article and in-process inspections.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to improve efficiency and reduce scrap.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
- Strong CNC setup and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience operating multi-axis CNC mills.
- Proficiency with Fanuc controls.
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation.
- Experience using calipers, micrometers, indicators, height gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
- Aerospace, defense, or high-precision manufacturing experience preferred.
