Print Finishing & Mailing Operator

Markful is seeking a Print Finishing & Mailing Operator to run key production equipment that turns our customers' designs into finished, shippable materials. In this role, you will operate and maintain bindery, cutting, folding, and mailing machines; prepare and sort mailings to meet USPS requirements; and ensure every piece meets Markful's quality and brand standards. You'll manage setup and changeovers, perform basic mechanical troubleshooting, and keep accurate records in our online platform.

Working on-site in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, you'll partner with design, fulfillment, and operations teams to hit deadlines safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain print finishing and mailing equipment
• Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot machinery for production runs
• Prepare, sort, and process mailings to postal specifications
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and brand standards
• Package, label, and stage finished goods for shipment
• Update orders and production status in Markful's online platform
• Follow safety, maintenance, and housekeeping procedures
• Collaborate with design, fulfillment, and operations teams to meet deadlines
