Join a growing manufacturing team in El Cajon as a Sheet Metal Associate! This is a great opportunity for candidates with mechanical aptitude who enjoy hands‑on work in a production environment. You'll work with sheet metal forming equipment and tools to manufacture quality components to engineering specifications.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

• Entry-to-intermediate mechanical aptitude
• Experience using measuring tools and shop math preferred
• Manufacturing or sheet metal fabrication experience is a plus

• Set up and operate sheet metal forming machines and rolling/cold drawing equipment
• Measure, mark, lay out, deburr, and form sheet metal parts
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Sheet Metal Associate.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast‑paced manufacturing environments.
