Ministry Coordinator (Part-Time)
Grace Fellowship of San Diego - El Cajon, California
Grace Fellowship of San Diego is seeking a part-time Ministry Coordinator to provide administrative leadership, strengthen ministry coordination, and support youth and congregational ministries.
Responsibilities- Ministry coordination and administration
- Communication and organizational support
- Youth and young adult ministry assistance
- Volunteer and discipleship support
- Ministry scheduling and operational effectiveness
- Mature Christian faith
- Agreement with church doctrine and philosophy of ministry
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Heart for discipleship and church unity
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Approximately 20 hours/week
- Compensation: $2,000/month
- Reports to Elders and Deacons
