Registered Nurse- Clinic Charge Nurse

Sycuan Health Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinic Charge Nurse to support high-quality patient care in our Medical Clinic. This role combines hands-on clinical care with leadership responsibilities, including coordinating daily patient flow, overseeing clinic operations, and supervising and mentoring clinical support staff.

The ideal candidate is a California licensed RN who thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment and is comfortable balancing patient care with operational and supervisory duties.

• Coordinate daily clinic workflow, triage, and nurse visits
• Provide direct patient care and assist with exams and procedures
• Supervise and support clinical support staff, including scheduling, competencies, and timekeeping
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and quality controls
• Serve as acting supervisor when providers are not on site

• Active California Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
• Medical clinic experience preferred;
  Tribal Health experience a plus
