Licensed Vocational Nurse

Position

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – PM Shift (2:30PM –11:00PM) – Full Time – 4/2 rotation at Magnolia Post Acute Care.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Deliver primary care under the medical direction and supervision of the resident’s attending physician or the DON of the facility, with emphasis on assessment, illness prevention and health care management.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and taking vital signs.

• Current, unencumbered, active LVN license in California.
• Current CPR certification from American Heart Association (BLS).
• Familiarity with assisting clients/residents with ADLs.
• Ability to deliver exemplary caring and to work in a fun, team‑first environment.

Starting pay: $80k - $89k annually.
