Mativ is a global leader in specialty materials headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia. We have an exciting opportunity in El Cajon, CA for our Quality department, working day shift Monday-Friday.

POSITION TITLE:
Quality Coordinator

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining the QMS and ensuring ongoing ISO 9001 certification.
• Planning and conducting internal audits and serving as the primary liaison for external certification audits 01 certification.
• Conducting inspections, performing product tests, and analyzing data to identify trends or defects.
• Managing the nonconformity and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
• Overseeing the lifecycle of standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality records.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years related experience preferred
• Ability to add and subtract, multiply and divide to calculate measurements.
• Ability to compute rates, ratio, percent and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to interpret and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
