The Kitchen Project Specialist supports the store by prioritizing Knowledgeable Help, Easy to Shop showrooms, Efficient Service, and product availability. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, assessing kitchen project needs, providing information on products and services, making purchasing recommendations, and scheduling additional appointments and consultations as needed. Supports Product Availability and ensures showrooms are Easy to Shop by providing quick designs for in-stock cabinet options, assessing stock levels, and performing light packing down/out as needed, focusing on products, samples, and brochures within the showroom.

By supporting these priorities, Kitchen Project Specialists drive sales to support department and store goals. Also, provide a safe working and shopping environment by following safety policies, completing safety training, correcting hazards or reporting them to the Manager On Duty, and working safely to protect themselves, coworkers, vendors, and customers.
