Veterans Thrift Stores, established in 1964, is dedicated to supporting veterans and giving back to the local community through various charitable programs. This is a full‑time, on‑site Store Clerk position at our El Cajon, CA location. The Store Clerk will be responsible for assisting customers on the sales floor, organizing merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and handling cash register transactions. It also involves processing donations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to assist and engage positively with customers
• Organizational skills to maintain a clean, well‑stocked, and orderly store environment
• Reliability and a punctual work ethic
• Previous experience in a retail or customer‑facing role is a plus, but not required

Tuesday through Saturday 10:30 am – 7:00 pm or Sunday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm and Monday through Thursday 10:30 am – 7:00 pm

Pay range: $16.90 – $17.00 per hour
