We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team serving in the LA Market. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by generating and qualifying leads. Responsible for building relationships with potential clients and helping to grow the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research, cold calling, and networking to find potential clients.
  • Prospecting: Engage with leads through calls, emails, and social media to qualify interest.
  • Market Research: Analyze trends and customer needs to inform outreach efforts.
  • Building Relationships: Establish rapport with prospects and communicate company value.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and update leads using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Appointments/Demos: Schedule meetings or estimates for senior sales teams.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales teams to transition qualified leads for follow-up.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain deep understanding of company offerings.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends and improve sales techniques.

Weekly Action Plan:

  • Monday: Plan and update pipeline, set weekly goals, and conduct research.
  • Tuesday: Focus on cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Wednesday: Qualify leads, follow-up, and schedule meetings.
  • Thursday: Nurture relationships with cold or ongoing leads.
  • Friday: Analyze outreach methods and adjust strategy.

This role is crucial for the early stages of the sales cycle, driving growth and supporting the sales team’s success.
