This position is located in El Cajon (92020), Santee (92071), La Mesa (91942), or Lemon Grove (92105).

• Competitive Compensation – hourly position at $22.68 per hour with a target first‑year annual compensation of $55,700.00 based on an average 45‑hour work week.

As a Management Training (MT) participant, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and you will also get out into the community to establish essential relationships.

We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you’ll learn what it means to always put our customers first. Ours is a culture of friendly competition, which is critical to growing our business and your success.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship by our company now or in the future.

Valid unrestricted driver’s license required.
