Hiring Immediately;
Pay starting at $23.15 to $31.85 per hour, dependent on experience, with quarterly performance bonus; PAID WEEKLY!

Typical Schedule:

Monday – Friday 7am to 4pm (Overtime Eligible!)

• Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience
• Minimum 2 years Inside sales experience preferred
• Sales ability identifying customer needs through suggestive selling or upselling, and strong relationship‑building skills
• Comfortable working with a team and independently
• Technologically capable:
  Microsoft Suite and Computer‑Aided Dispatch (CAD), AS 400 highly preferred
• Top‑notch communicator with an infectious personality
• Valid unrestricted Driver's License, age ≥21, and ability to drive company vehicle
• Excellent customer service skills
• Collaborative; sales goals cannot be met alone
• High attention to detail and ability to switch tasks with ease
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (not required)

• Answer and document all incoming telephone calls to assist customers with rental needs
• Perform all routine rental transactions including creating reservations, scheduling pickup, and processing returns
• Assist all walk‑in customers, vendors, job applicants, and others in an upbeat and professional manner
• Help customers select appropriate equipment for safety and satisfaction
• Communicate via two‑way radio with yard and shop for loading/unloading and equipment needs
• Review the credit card rental file daily to ensure proper and accurate billing
• Enter lost rentals, rate inquiries, and service calls into the counter logbook
• Review the open contract bin for items to rent or close and verify open credit card rentals file
• Communicate leads to field sales personnel for follow‑up
• Assist with loading/unloading and delivering equipment if required
• Be prepared for extended hours, on‑call, or standby rotation
• Perform other duties as assigned
