El Cajon Harley-Davidson is looking for an energetic, motivated Product Specialist to join our team! We're not just selling motorcycles—we're helping customers find the bike, gear, and experience that fits their lifestyle. If you’re outgoing, competitive, customer-focused, and excited about the Harley-Davidson lifestyle, we want to meet you!
Essential Functions:- Greet and handle customers in a professional and friendly manner exhibiting the highest level of customer service
- Track all customers and leads in CRM
- Meet minimum sales goal requirement
- Consistently enhance skills and product knowledge, completing all available OEM Web based training programs
- Work with Sales Manager and F&I Manager to ensure clear communication and smooth client experience
- Assist in planning, set-up, and participate in marketing show room floor, exhibits, and displays
Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday. 9:00am - 6:00pm. Sundays and Mondays off consistently.
