Revive Pathway is a tribally owned clinic that treats a diverse population of patients, including Native and Non‑Native people. We are currently seeking a Concierge / Security Guard to support our clinic in El Cajon, CA. This position reports to the Clinic Director and provides an opportunity for immediate impact in a growing company.

At Revive Pathway, the safety of our patients and community is our top priority. As a Security Guard / Concierge, your role is essential. On a daily basis, the Concierge is the first person to interact with patients, visitors, and neighboring businesses. You will demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism, and maintain a calm yet directive presence in potential crisis situations or when defusing escalated patients.

You will keep a visible presence, patrol the exterior of the building and property, the patient lobby, and interior areas.

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate compassion, empathy, calm, and order.

• Availability:
  Saturday and Sunday, plus two weekdays

• High School Diploma
• Security experience preferred (both private and public sector)
• English language;
  Spanish a plus
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills
• Professionalism in appearance, work ethic, and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license
• Work hours including daily 5:30 a.m. start times
• Provide health and TB clearance
• Pass background check and urine drug screen

• Patrol the property, enforce clinic policy and regulations
• Ensure patients, staff, and visitors have a safe and professional environment
• Maintain visibility, observe, and report unusual activity
• Report maintenance and safety conditions, including fires, evacuations, hazardous situations, or visitor events; provide backup to patients and staff as needed
• Maintain daily assigned equipment in functional and presentable condition
• Respond to assistance requests from program staff and patient requests
• Complete required documentation including Incident Reports and submit to the Clinic Director
• Report security‑related accidents/incidents and complaints and follow up with management as needed
• Ensure employees, suppliers, and visitors on clinic property have proper company‑issued identification
• Perform crowd control and assist Police Department, Fire Department, EMS, or other officials as requested
• Assist with patient check‑in and front office coverage as needed
• Perform other related duties as required
