Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Job Schedule:

• Friday: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and credentials, and document visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with access protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or first responders when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting unusual conditions and reporting security‑related concerns according to post procedures.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining awareness of restricted areas, screening personal property when required, and following established inspection and reporting practices.

• At least 6 months of security‑related experience is required.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants may be considered with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
