We are seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumbing Technician who can confidently maintain, inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems in customers' homes.

Responsibilities- Perform maintenance, inspection, diagnosis, and repair of residential plumbing systems
- Present repair and replacement options clearly to homeowners and advocate for their needs
- Install and repair faucets, toilets, and other plumbing fixtures
- Follow company procedures, including proper documentation and sales turnover processes when applicable
- Deliver a high level of customer service on every call
- Support and mentor apprentices to help develop their skills and professionalism
- Ensure all work meets company standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Proven experience in residential plumbing maintenance, inspection, diagnosis, and repair
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present options clearly and confidently to homeowners
- Ability to work independently and manage calls efficiently
- Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and accountability
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Incentives: 10% commission, service plan spiffs, and 5-star review bonuses
