Perform operations, repairs, replacement and preventative maintenance of commercial and industrial air conditioning and heating systems;
Collaborate with the Dispatch Team to ensure workload is accomplished in a complete and timely manner;
Maintain safe work practices in accordance with OSHA Health & Safety and NFPA 70e standards;
Work with chillers, boilers, air handlers, fan coil units, water treatment equipment, controls and other building mechanical and electrical equipment;
Wear PPE and adhere to safety protocols during all tasks
