Your responsibilities include inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining air duct systems to ensure optimal air quality and system efficiency. You’ll work with residential clients to improve indoor air standards, performing hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of air duct systems to identify dirt buildup, mold, leaks, or damage.
  • Perform professional cleaning of air ducts using specialized tools and equipment to remove dust, debris, and allergens.
  • Repair or replace damaged ductwork components to restore system functionality and efficiency.
  • Assist with system diagnostics to troubleshoot airflow issues or irregularities in ventilation.
  • Document all work performed accurately, including before‑and‑after photos and detailed reports.
  • Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients.
  • Communicate clearly with clients about findings, recommended repairs, and maintenance tips to promote ongoing system health.
Skills
  • Proven experience in HVAC or air duct cleaning is preferred; willingness to learn is highly valued.
  • Strong knowledge of ductwork systems, ventilation principles, and related tools and equipment.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills with an eye for detail and quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various indoor environments.
  • Good physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting, crawling in tight spaces, and standing for extended periods.
  • Effective communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; certification in OSHA safety standards is a plus.
