• 3+ years of experience as a Residential HVAC Lead Installer
• Proven ability to lead a residential installation crew from start to finish
• Experience training and mentoring apprentices
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Clean driving record and professional appearance
• Pride in producing quality workmanship and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
