- Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and available for daily operations.
- Ability and willingness to travel within California, as business needs require
- And additional duties as assigned
- Minimum of 5 years of residential roofing installation experience.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or crew leadership experience.
- Advanced working knowledge of California residential roofing systems
, including asphalt shingle, tile, composite, low-slope, and other common roof types. - Advanced knowledge of California roofing codes
, permitting requirements, and industry best practices. - Experience evaluating roofs and consulting on solar installations across multiple roofing systems.
- Experience managing subcontractors in roofing and/or window installation projects.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety regulations and fall protection requirements.
- Ability to read blueprints, construction plans, scopes of work, and manufacturer specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and construction management software.
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout California, including the Bay Area.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred to assist our Spanish-speaking subcontractors
