Sycuan is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment in its El Cajon, CA facilities. You will inspect steamers, grills, and related appliances, order and log parts, and ensure safety and reliability of kitchen operations.
Qualified candidates have a High School diploma or GED, at least 5 years of kitchen equipment maintenance, and HVAC/R certification or equivalent experience.
