Ideal Roofing Waterproofing is looking for an experienced Roofer to join our Field Operations team. In this role, you will work on a variety of commercial and industrial roofing projects using systems such as TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and coatings. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in installation, leak diagnosis, and corrective repairs. This is a full-time, on-site position that rewards good performance and quality of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Install a variety of commercial roofing systems, including:
• TPO, PVC, and cold-applied systems
• Modified Bitumen Systems, Coatings
• Tile and clay shingle systems
• Identify roof leaks and perform diagnostic inspections
• Perform high-quality corrective repairs
• Work safely and efficiently as part of the field team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites when necessary
• Adhere to company safety standards and protocols at all times
• Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience
• Proven expertise in multiple roofing systems and installation techniques
• Strong ability to diagnose leaks and solve problems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in outdoor physical conditions
