SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Experienced Master Technician to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and repair all models of Harley-Davidsons, ensuring they operate at peak performance. Your expertise will significantly contribute to our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality service, as well as mentoring and coaching less experienced technicians.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range: $40.00 - $50.00 Base + Commission/month.
Bonus:
Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of continuous employment.
Possible signing bonus or relocation assistance may be discussed during the interview process for qualified candidates.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues for models of Harley-Davidsons.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, and tire rotations.
- Utilize power tools and diagnostic equipment effectively to ensure high-quality repairs.
- Collaborate with service advisors to provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in training junior technicians on best practices and repair techniques.
- 5+ years proven experience as a Harley-Davidson Master Technician with verifiable credentials or a similar role in the powersports industry.
- Strong team‑building, mentoring, and communication skills to help coach less experienced technicians.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands‑on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely as required by the job.
- Familiarity with power tools and diagnostic equipment is essential.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
