Requirements / QualificationsYou're an excellent candidate for our Office Assistant II Bilingual (Pashto) position, if you have a passion for working with children, are energized by working in a fast-paced work environment, enjoy working in a team, and you possess the following qualifications and competencies:
- Bilingual in Pashto
- Two years clerical experience
- One year experience translating and interpreting materials
- Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment
- Commitment to customer service

The district is 66.3 square miles in size, and serves elementary students in grades K-8 feeding into the Grossmont Union High School District. The district has approximately 16,600 students, plus approximately 800 preschool students, with 26 schools (6 middle schools, 19 elementary schools, and 1 preschool).
The District is largely urban in nature with some rural areas. Regardless of what our employees' needs are, we meet them with the personalized attention only a caring school district can provide.
