We are currently on the lookout for dedicated Bus Drivers to join our elite team in El Cajon, CA. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• $20.91 - $29.00 per hour; starting pay $20.9/hr with progression to $29.00/hr at 49+ months.
• Full‑time paid training to obtain a commercial driver’s license.
• Professional development opportunities including ongoing training, potential for internal promotion, etc.
• Vacation: up to 160 hours per year.
• Paid Sick Leave: 40 hours per year. Medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days. Life insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits, and company holidays.

• Execute flawless operations by meticulously following designated routes and schedules while adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining cleanliness and safety‑equipment readiness.
• Uphold company policies and procedures: seat‑belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, compliance with regulatory mandates.
• Other duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Ability to obtain CDL Class B with passenger and air‑brake endorsement.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as assigned.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

• Work flexible shifts as needed.
• Sit for extended periods.
• Drive in traffic and all weather conditions.
• Lift, push, pull, and carry tools, objects, or equipment above shoulder level without assistance.
• Move up and down stairs easily.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Work environment includes a combination of indoors and outdoors.
