Compensation &
Schedule:
- Weekly Earnings: Average $1,500 gross weekly pay.
- Pay Breakdown: Competitive mileage pay (CPM) plus $220.00 per load for delivery and unload execution.
- Home Time: Home weekly for a full 34-hour reset.
- Consistency: Predictable dispatch schedule with 3 structured runs per week.
Equipment:
- Late‑model sleeper tractors with automatic transmissions.
- Standard 53‑foot dry van trailers.
Qualifications:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL‑A).
- Minimum of 3 months of verifiable tractor‑trailer driving experience.
- Must reside within 50 miles of San Diego for routing purposes.
- Must pass standard DOT physical, background, safety, and drug screenings.
