About the Job

We are looking for delivery drivers to work flexible hours and serve local communities. The role offers a flexible schedule and requires a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record, and a reliable insured vehicle.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.

Duties:

• Operate equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage.
• Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Ability to perform basic math accurately and quickly.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order taking and processing.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Navigation skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F to 90 °F or higher.

Talking and hearing on telephone. Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces. Far vision and night vision for driving.

Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

• Standing:
  Most tasks performed from a standing position.
• Walking:
  Short distances for short durations between store, vehicle, and customer location.
• Sitting:
  Paperwork completed normally in an office at a desk or table.
• Lifting:
  Bulk product deliveries of cases up to 50 lb with dimensions up to 3 ft × 1.5 ft can be lifted.
• Carrying:
  Small items 3 lb 7 oz and occasional 30 lb pizza sauce.
• Pushing:
  Trays on dollies, requiring force up to 7.5 lb to push.
• Climbing:
  Navigate stairs or ladders, sometimes up to five flights during delivery.
• Stooping/Bending:
  Forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station; duration approximately 30 – 45 seconds repeated continuously.
• Crouching/Squatting:
  Occasionally to stock shelves or clean low areas.
• Reaching:
  Continuously, up, down, and forward.
• Driving:
  Deliver pizzas within the designated area, multiple deliveries per shift.
• Hand Tasks:
  Constant eye‑hand coordination, manipulation of pizza dough, peel, cutter, and boxes.

Deliver product by car to the customer door, deliver flyers and door hangers. Requires a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and an insured vehicle.
