(Lube Technician | Diesel Equipment Maintenance | Preventative Maintenance Mechanic)

Mustang Rental Services is actively hiring a dedicated Lube Technician to support our El Campo location. In this role, you'll perform preventative maintenance on Mustang’s fleet of rental construction equipment
, helping ensure peak performance and uptime for customers in the construction, industrial, and power generation sectors.

🛠️ What You’ll Do as a Lube Technician:

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs
• Inspect equipment for wear, leaks, or damage
• Complete basic repairs and assist senior technicians as needed
• Document service and maintenance records accurately
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in all service work performed
• Operate forklifts or company vehicles when required

📋 Position Requirements:

• Must own basic hand tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous mechanic or lube tech experience or military equipment maintenance
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Commitment to quality service and teamwork

Preferred Experience:

• Technical school certification or coursework in diesel technology
• Familiarity with construction equipment lubrication procedures
• Experience working on aerial equipment, generators, and skid steers
• Basic understanding of hydraulic systems and fluid analysis

Lube Technician levels and compensation are based on experience and capabilities.
