Job Summary:

The Edgebanding Offloader is responsible for staging parts from the saws to the edgebanders and delivering the finished product to the customer via the appropriate path.

• Stage parts to the designated edgebander in the proper sequence.
• Ensure the edgebanders do not have to stop moving material.

Job Summary:

The Sander is responsible for ensuring that all doors and fronts are sanded on a timely manner.

• Inspect the quality of the received material.
• Perform housekeeping and other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Sand all doors and fronts.

Job Summary:

The RTF Doors & Fronts Sander is responsible for ensuring that all RTF doors and fronts are sanded on a timely manner.

• Inspect the quality of the received material.
• Perform housekeeping and other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Sand all RTF doors and fronts.

Job Summary:

The Accessory Wrapper is responsible for selecting the right material and the correct quantity for each label (Skins, Fillers, End Panels, Floors, Molding, Toe kicks), inspecting them for quality, wrapping them, and following the Quality Standard, Preventive Maintenance and housekeeping tasks.

• Ensure accuracy of material quantity and type.
• Inspect quality of materials and wrapped products.
• Adhere to quality, maintenance, and housekeeping standards.

Job Summary:

The Shipping Loader must act according to the company core values and is responsible for ensuring trailers are loaded correctly in a timely manner.

• Make sure all items are loaded in proper order and that the trailers are balanced and secure.
• Ensure trailers are loaded correctly and timely, following shipping and safety procedures.
