Compensation

The hourly wage is $14 - $27 per hour, equal to or exceeding the applicable minimum wage. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and hourly premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
