Job Overview

Position:
Sleep Expert. The role involves elevating and enhancing the customer’s in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and providing best‑in‑class products and support through digital tools and omnichannel initiatives.

• Act as a trusted sleep authority, delivering technical and product knowledge to customers.
• Execute mattress selling programs using digital tools to create a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and keep the customer at the center of all interactions.
• Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values.
• Maintain relationships during and after purchase, resolving issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Monitor competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.

• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

• Competitive pay range of $45,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Base pay or uncapped commission structure with on‑demand payment options.
