Position SummaryOperates a private branch exchange (PBX) console relaying incoming and outgoing calls, pages authorized personnel, acts as hospital receptionist, processes all outgoing and incoming mail, assists in admitting patient, and serves as cashier, as required.
Qualifications- Experience in customer service and/or multi‑line phone systems
- Basic computer software experience (MS Office, Word, Excel)
- Ability to handle high call volumes
- Type 40+ WPM
$18.63- $27.45/hour
