Weekly Work Hours 40 Compensation Range Staff Range N05 Salary Salary Minimum $56,119.00 Annually FLSA United States of America (Exempt) Work Location All positions are considered on‑site roles. After six months of employment, some positions may be eligible to apply for a hybrid work arrangement based on job responsibilities, operational needs, supervisor approval, and Dallas College policy. Academic (Faculty) positions require an on‑campus presence, even when teaching online courses, in accordance with state law.

This role is critical because it helps students navigate one of the most important transitions in their lives: moving from high school or the workforce into higher education and career training. The Recruitment & Enrollment Readiness Coach empowers middle school, high school, and adult learners to identify their career goals, understand their educational options, and successfully enroll in programs that support their long‑term success.

The position serves as a vital bridge between the community and Dallas College, ensuring students have the guidance, resources, and support needed to make informed decisions about their future.

The impact of this position extends beyond enrollment numbers. Coaches work directly with students and families through personalized support, outreach events, presentations, and community partnerships to remove barriers to education and create pathways to economic mobility. By helping students become enrollment‑ready, building relationships with schools and community organizations, and supporting initiatives such as Dallas Promise and workforce development programs, the role directly contributes to student achievement, retention, and access to careers that provide a living wage.
