• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neuro conditions.
• Develop individualized care plans and goals.
• Collaborate with PTs and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Serve as a clinical leader for OT services in the clinic.
• Build strong patient relationships and support community engagement.
• Document thoroughly using our advanced EMR platform.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and incluyen requirements.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active California OT license (or eligibility).
• Spanish‑speaking is a plus, but not required.
• Passion for building a thriving OT service line.
