Compensation Package$85,000 - $115,000+

Ambient Listening Technology, built into the EMR, cuts documentation time by 80–90% by capturing patient and provider voices, auto‑coding, and generating notes and goals. It streamlines paperwork so you can focus on what matters most—your patients.
What You’ll Do- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neuro conditions.
- Develop individualized care plans and goals.
- Collaborate with PTs and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Serve as a clinical leader for OT services in the clinic.
- Build strong patient relationships and support community engagement.
- Document thoroughly using our advanced EMR platform.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and incluyen requirements.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Active California OT license (or eligibility).
- Spanish‑speaking is a plus, but not required.
- Passion for building a thriving OT service line.
