POSITION SUMMARY:
Utilizing professional social work knowledge and skills required for patient counseling, interdisciplinary collaboration, crisis intervention, education, training, orientation, consultation, referral, research and evaluation, and community organization, the Social Worker is responsible for delivery of social work services and participation in the planning, development and implementation of programs to meet identified psychosocial needs of patients and their families.
