We are seeking an experienced FNP or PA to provide high-quality care in a busy outpatient pain management clinic. This is a part‑time, non‑exempt position, starting at 1 day per week with potential to expand.

You’ll play a key role in evaluating, diagnosing, and managing both acute and chronic pain conditions while collaborating closely with physicians and clinical staff.

• Evaluate and manage established and new patients in an outpatient setting
• Conduct histories, physical exams, and ongoing treatment assessments
• Manage pain care plans, including medication management (including opioids when appropriate)
• Perform or assist with musculoskeletal and joint injections (preferred)
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic tests
• Provide pre‑operative assessments as needed
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and long‑term care
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure continuity of care
• Respond to patient concerns, triage calls, and handle urgent issues
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR

• See approximately 25‑30 patients per session
• Dedicated clinical support (Medical Assistant + Nurse support)
• Structured workflows with pre‑visit patient information prepared for you

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Active California NP or PA license (required)
• Current DEA license required
• 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred (outpatient setting ideal)
• Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or musculoskeletal care strongly preferred
• Injection experience is a plus
