This full-time, on-site role offers a daytime schedule—Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with on-call rotation—and a salary of $35-$38/hour plus mileage reimbursement. You will provide direct nursing care under a Hospice RN, collaborate with the IDG, document care, educate patients and families, participate in on-call rotations, and stay current with hospice protocols.
