As a full-time Bilingual Retail Sales Associate at Verizon, you will have a fantastic opportunity to develop your career while contributing to the success of our retail store. Here’s what you can expect:

• Drive retail sales by leveraging your passion for the latest technology and providing exceptional customer service.
• Create meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and asking insightful questions.
• Offer tailored product insights and recommendations to deliver complete solutions to customers.
• Utilize excellent communication skills to close sales and meet customer needs with easy-to-understand tech solutions.
• Enhance your skills through continuous training and development in merchandising and inventory tasks.
• Expand your customer base through outreach to current Verizon customers via calls and texts.
• Engage with the community beyond the store to cultivate a loyal customer base, including participation in Verizon-sponsored events.

This is not just a typical entry‑level retail position. You can earn between $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus the potential for individual‑based commissions of up to $18,000 per year by meeting your sales goals. Those who excel could make an impressive $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually with our commission structure. Compensation is based on various factors, including geography and performance.

• Additional $3,000 annually for bilingual speakers in eligible locations after passing a language assessment.

• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of relevant experience, including work or military experience.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Openness to picking up additional shifts, especially during peak periods.

• Experience in a commission‑based role.
• A track record in sales through effective customer communication.
• Experience in customer service.
