Market – SS – CA – El Centro. Position:
Retail Display Installer – Technology.
Work Monday–Friday; weekends not required. Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Salary: $20.25 per hour. Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Paid training available. Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Responsive communication with field services management, typically within 24 hours of contact.
- Keep availability updated and accurate.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install, build and maintain displays, end caps, and fixtures.
- Complete required forms, images, and surveys before leaving each job site.
- Maintain and update displays per planograms and client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and installations with a team of 2+ people; provide solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed; contribute to team success.
- Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission; report anomalies daily with corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Participate and complete training and certification programs.
- Track, record and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments as required.
- Plan and schedule hours and locations on a week‑to‑week basis, including occasional weekends, early mornings, and holidays as needed.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Follow all directives, executing tasks fully and completely.
- Work closely with the shared services team to ensure goals, identify improvement opportunities, and drive solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shared services team, local and regional markets, clients, retailers, and stakeholders.
- Maintain professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company.
- Set a high standard for behavior and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure transparent and respectful communication among all team members.
- Work across all aspects of the company and through cross‑functional processes to maintain alignment and operational success.
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction, continuously improving upon established shared service field KPIs.
- Provide and receive feedback to improve performance.
- Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday–Friday; weekend, holiday, early morning, and late‑night availability as needed.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
- Adaptability to changing tasks and work environments.
- Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use smartphone for clocking, photo capture, uploading, app use, and internet connectivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
- Preferred installation or merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication.
- Own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; navigate communication platforms independently.
- Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames; collaborate and work autonomously.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
- Superior leadership and professional communication skills; sound judgment, problem‑solving, autonomous work, excellent time‑management and reporting.
- Hourly wage of $20.25.
