Retail Inventory Associate (Part-time) – Higher Starting Pay!
Starting wage: $18.00-$20.00. Flexible scheduling, paid training, performance-based pay increases.
WIS International is looking for active, detail-oriented individuals to accurately count retail inventory. No experience required—we provide training.
- Hiring immediately
- Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within your first six months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour

- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through the performance-based pay program
- Travel to retail locations

- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
- Climbing ladders when needed
- Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
- Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using handheld technology
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Experience in retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, athlete, coach, or general labor is valuable, but not required
