Manage Perishable Departments including Produce, Fresh Meat, Packaged Meats, Dairy, Frozen Food, Bread, and Thaw and Sell Bakery products;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume using planning tools;
Assist in training associates in proper presentation, freshness, pricing, and safe handling of perishable items;
Assist in scheduling coverage and assess work completion with associates;
Record Perishable Markdowns and inventory levels; ensure sanitation and follow Cleaning Schedule.
