Pay Rate: $19/hr

CR&R Environmental Services is seeking motivated and mechanically inclined Preventive Maintenance Mechanics to support our fleet maintenance operations. In this role, you will perform preventive maintenance and assist with repairs on heavy-duty diesel trucks and refuse equipment used throughout our operations.

Our maintenance team plays a critical role in keeping CR&R’s fleet operating safely, efficiently, and reliably every day. This position helps ensure our trucks remain road‑ready to support essential environmental services throughout the communities we serve.

• Perform preventive maintenance on diesel‑powered trucks and equipment
• Assist with repairs on brake, hydraulic, electrical, and CNG systems
• Help diagnose mechanical and operational issues
• Complete inspections and maintenance documentation
• Support shop safety and fleet reliability initiatives

• Diesel maintenance or heavy equipment experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to safety

• Mon - Fri - 5am - 5pm and 8am - 8pm - alternating weeks
• Saturdays - Alternating weekends - Starts at 5am
