We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in El Centro, CA. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• Position:
  Part‑time Driver (CBA)
• Starting pay: $20.67 per hour, progressing to $28.00 per hour over 15 years (subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement)

• 40 hours of paid sick leave after 90 days of employment
• Standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, voluntary long‑term disability (not available to part‑time drivers)

• Execute safe and punctual transportation by following routes, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional passenger care, assisting with boarding, ensuring comfort, and managing disembarkation.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, report maintenance issues, and maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety equipment.
• Adhere to company policies, seat‑belt enforcement, emergency response preparations, and regulatory compliance.
• Complete other duties as required.

• Age 21 or older.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and air‑brake endorsement (preferred, not required).
• At least 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Availability for day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts.
• Subject to a DOT drug test and physical if applicable.

• Work flexibility: shifts or schedules as needed.
• Extended periods of sitting, typing, or computer use.
• Work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings.
