Job Overview
Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) – The role focuses on building and managing client relationships while guiding clients through a comprehensive financial planning process. The position includes earning the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses, and applying these credentials to advise clients on products and solutions across core banking and investment platforms.
Responsibilities- Obtain and maintain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses within the required time frame.
- Build and grow client relationships by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate financial solutions.
- Deliver client reviews and presentations with confidence, presenting strategies that help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to the solutions offered by Bank of America and Merrill.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment while prioritizing client interests.
- Ability to obtain required industry licenses.
- Self‑discipline in managing time and capacity.
- Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending tailored solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with both peers and clients.
- Results‑driven mindset, prioritizing the client’s interests.
- Capacity to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability to new technology and applications.
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services or sales experience.
- Bilingual Mandarin skills.
- Experience in client experience branding, advisory, investment management pipeline, referral management, business acumen, executive presence, oral communications, risk management, and trading.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent secondary education.
ScheduleMonday – Friday with rotating Saturdays; 1st shift; 40 hours per week.
Compensation and BenefitsHourly base pay ranging from $28.85 to $33.65; benefits eligible.
Additional InformationPosition is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees in residential loan mortgage origination must register and maintain good standing with the federal registry system. Failure to register may result in immediate termination. The role may commence at a financial center and transition to a phone‑based capacity until an appropriate site is determined.
