Your Role
- Deliver flawless waxing services using our Exclusive Comfort Wax®.
- Build strong guest relationships and drive retail product sales through education and personalized recommendations.
- Meet and exceed monthly service, rebooking and product sales goals.
- Create a memorable guest experience that encourages repeat visits and referrals.
- Meet cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Valid Esthetics or Cosmetology License (required).
- A passion for skincare and a talent for upselling and cross‑selling.
- Confidence in recommending products and services to meet guest needs.
- A goal‑oriented mindset and a desire to grow your income.
- Looking to educate our guests on care solutions.
