Purchasing Support Specialist – El Dorado, AR

Systems is looking for an experienced Purchasing Support Specialist ready to hit the ground running in El Dorado, Arkansas. This is a full-time position. We are also looking for someone who wants to be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country. • Maintaining PO log for both job site and corporate entries
• Matching receivers to invoices, submit approved invoices for payment
• Vendor set-up
• Assist job site in following purchasing policies and procedures
• Assist the accounting department with monthly and annual closes
• Projects and tasks assigned as needed pertaining to purchasing and vendor needs

• Two-year office experience in fast paced office setting.
