JOB SUMMARY
Plays a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and cross‑functional coordination within Delek’s commercial marketing team. Supports commercial and operational activities through data analysis, report generation, issue tracking, and workflow improvement efforts that contribute to the successful execution of commercial marketing activities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- No Licensure or Certification Required.
- Developing general knowledge of marketing physical commodities, energy market knowledge, market trends, and production and pricing optimization initiatives
- Assists Commercial Marketing Teams by supporting administrative and analytical workflows
- Collects, validates, and analyzes data to produce reports supporting business decisions
- Monitors daily operational activity to help identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
- Assists with resolving data discrepancies and transactional issues through internal department collaboration
- Helps prepare performance summaries and dashboards to provide regular business updates
- Maintains tools, trackers, and documentation to support commercial marketing and scheduling
- Assists in preparation of portfolio positions and profit/loss reports
- May assist with ad‑hoc requests
- Performs other duties as assigned
