  • Identifies trends and risks that could impact schedule or cost and implements corrective actions.
  • Supports change management by providing field input for change order evaluation, pricing, and impact analysis.
  • Champions a strong safety culture and holds all field personnel and subcontractors accountable for compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensures work is executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards.
  • Partners with Quality and Safety leadership to address deficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Serves as the primary on-site representative to the owner, inspectors, engineers, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinates closely with Procurement, Materials, Engineering, and Project Controls to ensure workface planning and field readiness.
  • Ensures subcontractors are effectively managed, performance expectations are clear, and contractual obligations are met.
  • Facilitates regular field coordination meetings to align priorities, remove constraints, and maintain momentum.
  • Ensures accurate field reporting, including daily reports, progress updates, manpower tracking, and production metrics.
  • Communicates clear, timely updates to Project Manager regarding progress, risks, constraints, and resource needs.
  • Maintains visibility into emerging issues and escalates when necessary to protect project outcomes.
