Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in El Dorado, AR. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day communication with customers, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Tasks include providing excellent support, managing order and complaint resolution processes, updating customer information, and contributing to a positive customer experience. The role requires collaboration with team members to continuously improve service quality and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications
  • Customer service skills, including customer support, customer satisfaction, and customer experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
  • Problem-solving and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Team collaboration capabilities and organizational skills for effective workflow management
  • Proficiency in using customer service management tools and software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or education in customer service is a plus
