Field Specialist III – DSC

Field Specialist responsibilities- Monitoring application and operating parameters to ensure performance and reliability
- Conducting field and product tests, documenting results, and communicating findings to supervisors
- Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment as directed
- Executing product inventory management tasks, including reporting, ordering, and material handling
- Developing foundational knowledge of industrial processes, product lines, and operational workflows
- Completing required training within the LEAD – Field Specialist Development Program, including HS&E, compliance, oilfield fundamentals, and product line tools
- Conducting all work in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Core Values
- Preferably have a Two-year Technical College Degree or equivalent
- Have knowledge of chemistry, materials, process flows, or petroleum engineering concepts
- Possess general understanding of basic industrial processes and business principles
- Be able to think critically, solve problems, and collaborate effectively across teams
- Be capable of working in an industrial environment, including exposure to weather conditions, heights, and use of PPE
- Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
In this role, you may be required to work field-based schedules aligned with operational needs, including overtime or extended hours depending on activity levels.
